About Andree Poulin

Andrée Poulin would read from morning to night if she could. After working as a journalist for many years she went into international development. Her love of reading is what brought her to writing. She has written award-winning picture books and novels for children from 414 years old. Her stories deal with friendship empathy tolerance poverty and solidarity. By setting her stories in Canada Africa and Asia she takes her readers on adventures discovering other cultures. She believes books can change the world.
