About Hernan Diaz Alonso

Hernán Díaz Alonso is the director of SCI-Arc in Los Angeles. He is also principal of Xefirotarch a multidisciplinary practice praised for its work at the intersection of design animation interactive environments and radical architectural explorations. In 2005 he won MoMA PS1s Young Architects Program (YAP) competition and in 2012 received the Educator of the Year award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA). John Hoke is Nike Inc.s Chief Design Officer where he leads the companys global design team and creative community of over 1000 designers charged with inspiring and innovating hundreds of apparel and footwear styles each year.
