While the Museum's ever-growing collection of over 4,600 objects does not constitute the largest collection of Islamic art in the world, it is of exceptionally high quality. From this rich assortment, just over 50 objects have been selected from those that are generally not part of the permanent exhibition. This book brings to light those remarkable if lesser known treasures, with general and close-up photographs of the objects, and texts written by specialists from the Museum. See more
