VOYAGER / VETERAN: The Journey to a Successful Job Search Mindset

English

By (author): P.D. Pritchard

Voyager / Veteran is designed to provide a paradigm model (for how one thinks about change) needed and practiced for conducting exceptional and meaningful job search for veterans.

This approach to job search embodies a combination of traditional and unconventional tools and simple universal truths. The paths taken are diverse: inclusive of anecdotal examples, formal and informal training, educational disciplines, cultural, and social values. The focus is most certainly one of compassion, inquiry, and self-discovery, all directed at fostering a productive mindset resulting in the development and realization of a veterans true career and employment potential, a journey towards self-sufficiency and sustainability. About P.D. Pritchard

Pete has a diverse background spanning the width of several careers and decades of employment educational and community service experiences. They have contributed to his knowledge and understanding of what does and doesnt work for individuals especially veterans conducting contemporary job search in todays competitive job market. Much of his energies these days are directed at assisting veterans with significant barriers to employment to develop and marshal the self-motivational skills needed to continually move forward with their lives after serving their country. Pete is the first to admit that his approach is not always the end-all answer to every job search issue that comes up in todays evolving job market but what he does offer veterans in his latest book VOYAGER / VETERAN is the development of a mindset upon which to build a basic foundation for securing meaningful employment. Pete lives in Murfreesboro Tennessee.
