English

By (author): Barbara Adams

Workforce diversity is good business. Workforce diversity, as a business strategy, can drive success and literally transform our organizations. It can also offer our companies a distinct business advantage over other companies, allowing us to: innovate faster, outperform competitors, and produce higher financial returns. More and more, diverse organizations have been achieving unprecedented growth in all the major industries and on a global scale. But true inclusive diversity in our organizations is difficult to attain, hard to sustain, and honestly, about a lot more than just economic benefit. This book is for all of you who want change in the workplace and know your companies could do more and be more. It's for business leaders, hiring managers, human resources and people operations teams, all those within your organization who believe things could be and should be done differently In Women, Minorities, and Other Extraordinary People, Barbara Adams not only explains the economic and moral crisis that businesses and industries face when inclusion isn't achieved but also lays out clear, actionable steps you can take to develop diverse and inclusive workforces and begin the process of change See more
