Roger Leloup joined Herge's studio in 1953 where heassisted Herge in drawing Tintin's Adventures. He has also workedwith Peyo creator of the Smurfs. Yoko Tsuno debuted in Spirou magazine in 1970. Leloup was awarded the much-coveted Grand Prix de laJeunesse Sci-Fi in 1990.
