The traditional crafts hawked by Romanies and other Traditional Travellers

English

This is my latest booklet and describes dozens of crafts which were made in the UK by Romanies and other Travellers and then hawked door to door. They are categorised as wood-made, plant-made, paper-made, fabric-made, metal crafts and foodstuffs. Almost 30 members of the community have sent me information for which I am very grateful and between us we have found 60 different ones. Almost always the way of making them is recorded in the booklet See more
