Dr. Mrutyunjaya Panda holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Berhampur University. He obtained his Master in Communication System Engineering from University College of Engineering Burla under Sambalpur University (Now VSSUT Burla) MBA in HRM from IGNOU New Delhi Bachelor in Electronics and Tele Communication Engineering from Utkal University. He is having 23 years of teaching and research experience and presently working as Associate Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Science and Applications Utkal University Vani Vihar Bhubaneswar Odisha India.
