About Steve Sleight

An experienced author and broadcaster Steve Sleight was a former Royal Yachting Association Coach and instructor at the UK's National Sailing Centre who taught dinghy sailing cruising and competitive racing both in dinghies and in cruiser/racers. He sailed a wide variety of mono-hulls and multi-hulls from 3m (10ft) to 45m (130ft) long and was a successful racing yachtsman and British National Champion. He died in 2016.
