About Malcolm Prowle

Professor Malcolm Prowle originally trained as a scientist but switched to a career in economics and finance. He gained extensive experience in public and private sectors and has advised government ministers ambassadors and senior public servants on many public policy issues. He has been an adviser to two House of Commons Select Committees and three shadow government ministers. Also a consultant to several UN organizations. His experience in the fields of science economics and public policy make him ideally placed to write this book.
