Many contemporary societal issues have grown to be too complex to solve with traditional approaches. It is no wonder that design practices increasingly appeal to public organisations as a new and promising approach. But, before we can make the collaboration between designers and public organisations a success, we have to acknowledge that there are vast differences between their approaches. Because if we dont, we will experience major upsets and often a disappointing impact.
