Surja Datta is a senior lecturer in strategy in Oxford Brookes University UK. Before entering academia Surja had extensive experience in the corporate world including strategizing and managing offshore outsourcing relationships. He received his doctorate from Bristol Business School and holds an MBA from Strathclyde University and an MA in Applied Social Research from the University of the West of England. His research interests include outsourcing innovation and university-industry linkages.Neil Oschlag-Michael is a strategy management and technology consultant. He has extensive global experience in a range of strategy business transformation outsourcing and development roles working at businesses consultancies and vendors. He holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and his research interests include innovation transformation and outsourcing.
