About Joe Wicks

Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, is Britain's favourite healthy cook. He has helped hundreds of thousands of people to achieve new levels of fitness with his bestselling recipe books, Lean in 15, and 90 Day Plans, as well as through his online social media community and YouTube channel. In spring 2020, Joe started daily 'PE with Joe' workouts to keep the nation moving during lockdown. The series achieved more than 40 million views and raised over £90,000 for NHS Charities Together. One of the live workouts set a Guinness World Record for “Most viewers for a fitness workout live stream on YouTube”.

Joe was appointed Children in Need's first Schools Ambassador in 2019 with the aim of encouraging UK schoolchildren to become more active and have fun in the process. During his UK Schools HIIT Tour in 2019, he travelled the length and breadth of the UK, helping to show young people that exercise is fun as well as beneficial.

Joe lives in London with his wife Rosie and two young children. Wean in 15 is his eighth book.
