Wonbin Hong Ph.D. holds the Mueunjae Chair Professorship in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Pohang University of Science and Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in the United States. Chow-Yen Desmond Sim Ph.D. is Distinguished Professor at Feng Chia University in Taiwan.
