Maria Sabrina Greco is Full Professor with the Dept. of Information Engineering of the University of Pisa. Shes IEEE fellow since Jan. 2011 and she was co-recipient of the 2001 and 2012 IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Societys Barry Carlton Awards for Best Paper and recipient of the 2008 Fred Nathanson Young Engineer of the Year award for contributions to signal processing estimation and detection theory.. She has been general-chair technical program chair and organizing committee member of many international conferences over the last 10 years. She has been lead guest editor of the special issue on Advanced Signal Processing for Radar Applications of the IEEE Journal on Special Topics of Signal Processing December 2015 guest co-editor of the special issue of the Journal of the IEEE Signal Processing Society on Special Topics in Signal Processing on Adaptive Waveform Design for Agile Sensing and Communication published in June 2007 and lead guest editor of the special issue of International Journal of Navigation and Observation on Modelling and Processing of Radar Signals for Earth Observation published in August 2008. She has beenEditor-in-Chief of the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine Senior Editorial board member of IEEE Journal on Selected Topics of Signal Processing (J-STSP) and is Editor-in-Chief of the Springer Journal of Advances in Signal Processing (JASP). Shes also a member of the IEEE SP Board of Governors and shes President Elect of IEEE AESS. Her general interests are in the areas of statistical signal processing estimation and detection theory. In particular her research interests include clutter models coherent and incoherent detection in non-Gaussian clutter CFAR techniques radar waveform diversity and bistatic/mustistatic active and passive radars cognitive radars. She co-authored many book chapters and more than 200 journal and conference papers. Dajana Cassioli. Chair ofthe WIE AG of the IEEE Italy Section. She is an Associate Professor of Telecommunications Engineering at the DISIM University of LAquila Italy. Her research interests span over wireless communications 5G/B5G Networks and Cybersecurity. She is the Coordinator of LAquilas Node of the CINI National Laboratory on Cybersecurity. In 2010 and 2016 she has been awarded the ERC-StG VISION and the ERC-PoCiCARE. She is author and co-author of tens of publications on prestigious International Journals and Conferences. She served as the Industry Co-Chair of PIMRC 2018 WIE Chair for RTSI 2018 RTSI 2019 RTSI 2020 MELECON 2020 and 2020 IEEE Int. Workshop for Industry 4.0 and IoT and as TPC member of several International Conferences (ICC PIMRC VTC GLOBECOM). She is an Editor of the IET Electronics Letters and IEEE Communications Letters and ITL and ETT John Wiley & Sons Ltd. Silvia L. Ullo. IEEE Senior Member and the Industry Liaison for the IEEE Italy JointComSoc/VTS Chapter. She is a member of the Academic Senate at University of Sannio and the National Referent for the FIDAPA BPW Italy Sciences and Technologies Task Force. Graduated with laude in Electronic Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Federico II University in Naples. She received the M.Sc. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Boston USA in June 1992. Since 2004 she is a researcher with the University of Sannio di Benevento where she teaches Signal Theory and Elaboration and Telecommunication Networks courses for the degree in Electronic Engineering and the Optical and radar remote sensing as Ph.D. course. She has authored 76 research papers in reputed journals and conferences and co-authored many book chapters. She has guest-edited many Special Issues in relevant journals in her fields and is Associate Editor of IET Wireless Sensors and IET Image Processing. Her research interests mainly deal with signal processing remote sensing image and satellite data analysis machine learning applied to satellite images radar systems sensor networks and smart grids.  Margaret J Lyons PE has more than 30 years' experience in wireless communications including: two-way radio paging and microwave radio systems engineering and consulting. Skilled in needs assessment conceptual design specifications project and program management procurement funding implementation testing and operations. RF expert representing clients before zoning and planning land use boards. Confident and articulate Engineer of Record for programs and projects in excess of $100M. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering at Purdue University. She has been an active member of the Society of Women Engineers since 1984 including a term on the National Board of Directors. She has been a member of IEEE since 1986 and was a charter member of the NJ Coast Section Womenin Engineering Affinity group (2009).
