An international leader in research and treatment of multiple sclerosis he is the author of Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis. Associate Professor Sandra Neate MBBS FACEM is an emergency physician and Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Neuroepidemiology Unit at the University of Melbourne. Dr Michelle O'Donoghue MD MPH is Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a cardiologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
