About

Aleksandra Zajc received her PhD in 2019 on the basis of a dissertation on attempts to implement community policing in Poland. From 2016-2021 she was a lecturer at the State Higher Vocational School in Racibórz where she educates policemen and other state service officers. Her research interests concern the work of police and other governmental institutions in a democratic society threats in modern societies secutiry issues inflence upon business. In 2022 she joined the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.Dr Giuseppe Catenazzo is the Head of Research & Adjunct Lecturer at AUS American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and an Affiliate Professor in Marketing at ICN Business School a French Grande École. He also teaches Market Research & Consumer Behaviour Economics & Management Operations Management and Statistics at several institutions in Switzerland. Giuseppe is an Italian and Swiss citizen. He studied in France Italy Switzerland and the United Kingdom and speaks several languages. Dr Catenazzo is also an editor of international research books; his research on quality perceptions service recovery and complaining behavior has been published in Production Planning and Control International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management and the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction Dissatisfaction & Complaining Behavior.Emmanuel Fragnière CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is a professor of service science at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland HEG Valais. He is also a lecturer in enterprise risk management at the Management School of the University of Bath. His research focuses on the development of risk management models for decision-makers in the service sector. He has published several papers in academic journals including Environmental Modelling and Assessment Interfaces Management Science and Service Science. He is the co-author (with George Sullivan) of the book Risk Management: Safeguarding Company Assets (Fifty-Minute Crisp Series November 2006).
