About

Dr. Sandeep Singh is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Mathematics at Akal University Talwandi Sabo Bathinda Punjab India. He received his Ph.D. in Group Theory (Mathematics) from the School of Mathematics Thapar University Patiala India and his M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Punjabi University Patiala India. He was also a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mathematics Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee under the program SERB- NPDF (National Postdoctoral fellowship). His research interests include Group Theory Automorphism Groups Number Theory Sum-set Problems and Optimization Techniques. Besides holding an excellent academic record throughout He has cleared the National Level Examinations NET- JRF conducted by UGC-CSIR India. He has also been a recipient of CSIR junior and senior research fellowships for 2011-2013 and 2013-16 respectively. Dr. Singh has published more than 20 research papers in various journals of international repute and has presented his research work at various international conferences and has received travel support from the Department of Science and Technology (DST) India. He has 8 years of teaching experience. and is a life member of Ramanujan Mathematical Society and Indian mathematical Society and a reviewer of the American Mathematical Society.Dr. Sandeep Dalal received his Master of Science degree in Mathematics from IIT Delhi New Delhi. In 2016 he joined as a full-time Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Mathematics Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani Pilani Campus under the supervision of Dr. Jitender Kumar in the area of algebraic graph theory. Dr. Dalal is qualified Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) for Mathematics in 2013 and also qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2017. He received a research excellence award from the Department of Mathematics BITS Pilani Pilani in 2021 and worked at Akal University Bathinda India as an Assistant Professor from October 2021 to January 2022. Currently he is a postdoctoral fellow at NISER Bhubaneshwar Orissa India.
