Kenneth R. Stevens professor of history at TCU is a historian of American foreign relations and was coeditor of the Diplomatic Papers of Daniel Webster. Born and raised in Alaska Stevens initially attended the University of Alaska but eventually transferred to Indiana University where he earned his bachelors degree. After college Stevens served four years in the Navy after which he returned to Indiana University where he specialized in US history. Stevens is the author of four books including Border Diplomacy two volumes of the Diplomatic Papers of Daniel Webster and an annotated bibliography of President William Henry Harrison. Stevens and his wife currently reside in Fort Worth Texas.
