Asik Rahaman Jamader is an Assistant Professor at Pailan College of Management & Technology approved by AICTE Government of India and affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Previously he was a Lecturer and Academic Counselor in the School of Management Studies (SOMS) at Indira Gandhi National Open University after completing his MBA from Bharathiar University a State Government University of Tamil Nadu. He is a Corporate Advisory Board Member of the Smart Journal of Business Management Studies. His research interests include Sustainable Business Management and Innovative Techniques Implemented in Business Management. He has 46 national and international publications patents designs and copyrights. And has published in 30 journals authored books chapters and International Conference publications indexed by SCOPUS/SCIE/ESCI/WOS. He is a Section Editor of the Smart Tourism (ST) Journal in Singapore and a certified reviewer of Cogent Social Sciences with CRC Press.
