About Dr. Christian YasteDr. Joe Hufanda
Dr. Christian Yaste has been practicing dentistry for 21 years. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1996 and then continued his training at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte NC completing a two year residency in Oral Medicine. He and his partner Dr. Joseph Hufanda founded The Ballantyne Center for Dentistry an adult dental care facility in 2001. Dr. Yaste has published multiple clinical articles in leading dental publications and is a consultant and speaker for several dental manufactures. With a career in dentistry spanning over twenty years Dr. Joe Hufanda is keyed into providing his patients with the utmost specialized dental care. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1996 and moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to work for the Rural Health Services. After three years he moved to North Carolina where he and his business partner Dr. Christian Yaste started the Ballantyne Center for Dentistry in 2001; a practice providing customized comprehensive care to adults with high dental anxiety. He has a background in fine arts and has tutored pre-clinical operative at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He has appeared on the Wellness Hour and speaks frequently at seminars on dental implants and advances in dental technology.
