About

Stephen M. Maurer is Adjunct Professor of Public Policy at the University of California Berkeley. A long-time friend and colleague of the late Professor Scotchmer he co-authored eight articles and book chapters with her from 19992014. Trained as a lawyer Maurer specializes in innovation antitrust and science policy. He is the editor and co-author of the book WMD Terrorism: Science and Policy Choices (2007).
