1. Ratih Hendayani is a lecturer in the School of Economics and Business Telkom University. Recently graduated from the Graduate School of Business University Sains Malaysia for Phd degree. The topic of research is Operation Quality Management and Supply ChainManagement. She also serves as editor for the Indonesian Journal of Management (JMI) which is accredited Sinta 2 by the Indonesian Government.2.
