About

Tia Sherèe Gaynor is an assistant professor in Political Science and director of the Center for Truth Racial Healing and Transformation at the University of Cincinnati. Her research focuses on the unjust experiences individuals at the intersection of race gender identity and sexual orientation have when interacting with systemic racism and social hierarchy in public administration. She currently lives in Cincinnati Ohio. Jocelyn DeVance Taliaferro is an associate professor at North Carolina State University Department of Social Work. Her research interests include nonprofit lobbying African American student achievement and parental involvement. She lives in Raleigh.
