P. Sivakumar received his B.E.degree in Electrical and Electronics with I class in 2006 fromAnna University. He serves as a Guest Editor/Reviewer of journals with leading publishers such as Inderscience SpringerB. Vinoth Kumar is working as an Associate Professor with 17 years of experience in the Department of Information Technology at PSG College of Technology. His research interests include Computational Intelligence Digital Image Processing and Embedded systems. He is the author of more than 40 papers in refereed journals and international conferences. He has edited four books with reputed publishers such as Springer and CRC Press. He serves as a Guest Editor/Reviewer of many journals with leading publishers such as Inderscience Springer.R. S.
