The economy is recovering from the recession, but employers are still having difficulty filling certain jobs. The Department of Labor''s (DOL) Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult and Dislocated Worker programs are designed to help jobseekers find employment and to help employers find the skilled workers they need.
