Musicians of Mars II Handbook

Musicians of Mars II is an update from the original 1990 publication, accounting for changes in today''s environment and doctrine. It tells a story of synchronization from the maneuver team commander''s perspective. There are no perfect solutions, but the intent is to get leaders to think throughout the range of possibilities and capabilities, coordinating assets and efforts throughout the battlefield to achieve victory. Although the story and characters are fictional, the successes and failures portrayed are applicable to units currently training and operating worldwide. The goal is for the reader to better understand synchronization and how to better prepare themselves, their units, and their Soldiers to become Musicians of Mars.
