About La Scala MassimoMassimo La Scala

Massimo La Scala received his degree in Electrical Engineering in 1984 and his Ph.D from the University of Bari. He has conducted research activities in conjunction with Arizona State UniversityWashington State University Castilla La Mancha Waterloo Canada as visiting professor. In 2007 he received an IEEE award for contributions to computationally efficient power system dynamic performance and simulation control”. His research has focused on topics relevant to the production transmission and distribution of electrical energy paying particular attention to the management of environmental issues smart grids and more recently the infrastructure of smart cities.
