Emily Kelly is a fitness trainer and Pilates instructor who takes a holistic approach to fitness. Jonathan Monks studied Astanga Vinyasa yoga for many years before developing his own unique form of exercise 'Yogamonks' which is now a method and practice program (The YM Sadhana Course). Judy Smith trained at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune India and teaches several yoga classes across London. She is also a mind-body coach.
