First Aid for Sport: A Kit Bag Guide

English

By (author): Andy Cunningham

First Aid for Sport: A Kit Bag Guide is a practical, clear guide to dealing with first aid in sports situations. Designed to be durable and weather-resistant, and spiral-bound so that it stays open easily during on-the-spot use on the pitch/running track/playground, it will withstand being kept in a kit bag all season round. Aimed at coaches, teachers and players who need information quickly when dealing with their own or their teammate's injuries, this quick-reference guide does not presume any first aid training or prior knowledge. Techniques are supported throughout by clear and bold illustrations, making this your first port of call in any sports emergency. See more
