About Laurie Stoff

Dr. Stoff is an historian who specializes in Russian East European and women's and gender history and studies and the history of war and society. She came to Barrett at ASU in 2014 from Louisiana Tech University where she was associate professor and director of graduate studies in the Department of History as well as a founding member of the Gender Studies program. Stoffs research focuses on the intersections of gender and war specifically Russian women and World War I.
