Hannah Grant is Trained chef specializing in performance food and food for endurance athletes. With a background in high end restaurants and 5 years spent cooking for a professional cycling team Hannah has an understanding of nutrition taste and aesthetics that makes her style of cooking very unique simple and delicious. Hannah works with recipe development as well as making TV productions where food travel and sport is combined in an exciting cocktail. Hannah is also the star of the Amazon Prime show EAT RACE WIN (launch July 2018) that takes place at the 2017 Tour de France. Dr. Stacy Sims is a global citizen born in the USA growing up in the Netherlands and San Francisco eventually landing in New Zealand with her kiwi husband and young daughter. She completed her PhD at Otago and her Post Doc at Stanford universities while racing her bike at an elite level. Her expertise in nutrition and physiology comes from her research and her experiences in the peloton as well has her experiences in Ironman Xterra and working with a wide range of Olympic and professional caliber athletes.
