About Adrian Martin

Adrian Martin is an energetic and enthusiastic young Irish chef from County Cavan Ireland who brings to the table an exciting and invigorating passion for cooking. Having discovered and developed his flair for all things cuisine from a very young age Adrian went on to train in some of Irelands most renowned restaurants including MacNean House and the Michelin-starred Bon Appetit restaurant in Malahide. Adrian is currently an ambassador for Nordmende Smart Living and Manor Farm and he holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the School of Tourism Killybegs. His previous book was Fakeaway.
