About Daniel Dianu

Daniel Dianu is Professor of Economics at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest and a Member of the Romanian Academy. His publications include Emerging Europe and the Great Recession (2018); Which Way Goes Romanian Capitalism (2009); The Macroeconomics of EU Integration: The Case of Romania (2008); Transformation as A Real Process (1998); and Economic Vitality and Viability: A Dual Challenge for European Security (1996) among others.George Virgil Stoenescu is Professor of the History of Economic Thought at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies Romania. His publications include La început a fost Carada In the Beginning was Carada (1995); Monetary Doctrine Issues in the Romanian Economic Thought during the Second Half of the 19th Century (1997); and The Splendours and Miseries of Economics (1996) among others.
