Mihaela Tnase-Dogaru is a professor at the University of Bucharest Romania working on the syntax and semantics of the Romanian NP/DP (noun phrase/determiner phrase) from a comparative perspective with Romance and Germanic languages. Her research focuses on the syntax and semantics of noun phrases in English and Romanian partitivity classifiers definiteness specificity nominalizations and datives.Alina Tigu is a professor at the University of Bucharest Romania. She has investigated the syntax and semantics of the direct object in Romance and Germanic languages. Since 2016 Dr Tigu has worked as a Humboldt Fellow and as a member of several research projects at Cologne University Germany. Ioana Stoicescu is Lecturer of Linguistics at the University of Bucharest Romania working on language acquisition with a focus on the acquisition of tense aspect implicatures and anaphora resolution in child Romanian. She contributed to the development of the linguistic profile for dyslexia and Specific Language Impairment in child Romanian.
