As a teenager, Chev. Paul Camilleri Cauchi developed an obsession about painting. His paintings were literally the only thing that mattered in his life and he loved them with all his heart. As a young boy, he had dreamt of becoming an artist painter:

‘I was always a bit of a dreamer. At some point you just have to sum up whether or not your dream is important enough to you and if it is worth chasing.’
