Cody A. Pennetti Ph.D. is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who manages a diverse portfolio of projects with a national engineering firm. In addition to his professional achievements he lectures at the University of Virginia where he teaches civil engineering and project management with a systems engineering framework. C. Kat Grimsley PhD is a commercial real estate professor and consultant with a background in leading multidisciplinary development teams. She also serves on advisory boards for the U.S. Department of State and the UN and has published award-winning research. Dr. Grimsley teaches investments and development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Brian M. Grindall is a real estate lawyer with broad expertise in commercial real estate for a wide range of assets. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions including joint ventures acquisitions and development. Mr. Grindall also teaches law and risk assessment at Georgetown University and George Mason University.
