About Dinesh K. Gupta
Dinesh K. Gupta is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Library and Information Science at Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University Kota (India). Gupta holds a Doctoral Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Rajasthan Jaipur and is a member of the Standing Committee of IFLA Management and Marketing Section on which he is serving his second consecutive term (2007-2011).
