About Nido Quebin

Nido Qubein is a known speaker and consultant who returned to his undergraduate alma mater in 2005 to serve as president. By all accounts he transformed High Point University from a sleepy small school to a dynamic and highly successful institution of higher learning. Student enrollment and the number of faculty quadrupled. National rankings topped the U.S. News Best Colleges in the South. The campus grew from 91 to 550 acres and the number of buildings expanded from 22 to 128. With an investment of almost $3 billion the university evolved from three academic schools to thirteen. Graduation rates learning outcomes and career placements moved up measurably.
