Israel and the Foreign Media

This book is a semi-biographical account of Daniel Seaman, former director of the Israeli Government Press Office (GPO), and his 25 years of working with foreign journalists in the GPO, coupled with an analysis of the impact that foreign media coverage of Israel has had on both public perception and diplomatic policy. It relates the untold story of decades-long manipulation involved in the presentation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by journalists and editors, together with Palestinian operatives, who abused their professional standards in order to create and maintain an ideological narrative.
