Darlene Yee-Melichar EdD FGSA FAGHE is professor and coordinator of gerontology at San Francisco State University (SF State) where she also serves as director of long-term care administration. Cristina M. Flores PhD RN FGSA is the owner and licensee of three six-bed residential care facilities for the elderly in California a lecturer in the gerontology program at SF State and an adjunct professor for UCSF. Edwin P. Cabigao PhD RN is the Chief Nursing Officer for the Jewish Home in San Francisco where he manages the strategic operational regulatory and financial performances of the organizations nursing services.
