Luca Fiorani has a PhD in Laser Sensing MAS in CBRNe (with honours) Economics & Policy (with honours) CAS in Laser Safety MSc in Physics (with honours) and is a senior researcher at ENEA (Italian National Agency for New Technologies Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) and a policy officer at the European Commission. He worked within Research and Development at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory California USA; CERN Geneva Switzerland; University of Naples Italy; and CNR. Adjunct professor at Lumsa and Sophia Universities Italy.
