About Ahdaf Soueif
Reflections is edited by internationally-renowned British-Egyptian author Ahdaf Soueif who has also guided the selection of the writers. She is the author of the bestselling The Map of Love which was shortlisted for the Booker Prize in 1999 and has been translated into more than twenty languages. In 2007 Ahdaf founded Engaged Events a UK-based charity which established the Palestine Festival of Literature (PALFEST).
