Politics is a field of dualism, polarization and competition: government and opposition, election campaigns with election winners and election losers, parties that compete publicly against each other, and political groups that try to raise public awareness to highlight differences Facing the world: Globalization in the economic sector, cross-border cooperation between civil societies and the opportunities that information technology offers are just a few examples of these trends. How can this contradiction between divisions and growing together succeed in sustainable politics? This book suggests coaching for policy makers that starts with the individual. In order to get a first idea of how the reader can use coaching, practical exercises are presented. Those who become more aware of themselves, their goals, their speeches, their actions and their effects can proactively and constructively influence all of the developments in question and contribute to a sustainable policy. The book also invites the reader to do this, and is encouraged to try out a complementary approach in addition to the policy formulation and design, which is traditionally based solely on the ratio.
