About

Gary Granville is Professor of Education at the National College of Art and Design Dublin. He was formerly Assistant Chief Executive of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) in Ireland. His research interests and publications are in the fields of education policy art and design education curriculum and assessment policy and educational evaluation. His edited book Art Education and Contemporary Culture: Irish Experiences and International Perspectives was published by Intellect in 2012. His most recent book Dublin 1913: Lockout and Legacy was published in 2013 by OBrien Press.
