About S. Hoard

Dr. Season Hoard is a Clinical Professor for the School of Politics Philosophy and Public Affairs and Research Coordinator at the Division of Governmental Studies and Services at Washington State University USA. She received her Ph.D. in 2012 from Washington State University. Her research interests include examining gender expertise and its impact on public policy comparative analysis of gender equality policies in post-industrial democracies and emerging qualitative and quantitative methodologies in comparative politics.
