Amy Barnes is Lecturer in International Health Policy and Management in the School of Health and Related Research University of Sheffield UK. Her teaching and research work is at the disciplinary interface between public health public policy management development studies and politics.   Garrett Wallace Brown is Reader in Global Ethics and Global Health Policy in the Department of Politics University of Sheffield UK. His research areas include political theory international relations international law and global health.   Sophie Harman is Reader in International Politics in the School of Politics and International Relations Queen Mary University of London UK where she teaches and conducts research into the political economy of global health governance.
