About Victoria Elizondo

After culinary school Victoria Elizondo started Cochinita & co. in 2016 in Houston Texas as a pop-up fonda which evolved to include a catering business food truck and bricks-and-mortar restaurant. One of the first female-owned food trucks and taqueria that works with local farmers she also hosts supper clubs and charity events. She recreates the Mexico of her childhood in the flavours vibrancy and sense of community in the food she cooks.
