Nancy Brenan Daniels, the author, has been teaching applique classes at national and international quilt events since 1975 and she has drawn upon her experiences as a teacher to write instructions that answer the questions that quilters ask most often.
This collection of 101 applique block designs has been selected for the beginning- to intermediate-level quilt maker. The designs can be combined into more complex forms for quilters with more experience. In this updated version, Nancy includes five new original blocks. For two of these blocks, she has added a matching applique border design.
