About Travellers Club

This book is the result of a team effort with members of the club and descendants of the deceased adopting a warrior and under the guidance of an expert Editorial Board researching and writing up their lives. Field Marshal Lord Bramall kindly agreed to be patron of the project meeting with researchers and offering his advice and encouragement at every stage. John Martin Robinson has given a taste of his forthcoming bicentennial history of the club by writing about The Travellers at the time of the Great War.
